Liz was on the sailing team at Georgetown and suffered her first concussion during practice senior year. Despite months of inadequate medical care and unawareness, she finally improved with the help of neck therapy and acupuncture.  She graduated with her class in 2016 and started a job on Wall Street in Sales & Trading. A year later, she suffered another concussion and has since taken a leave of absence from work.  She is using this time to continue recovering and to spread the medical knowledge she was so lucky to finally find.

While Brandon has no concussion history of his own, Brandon's little brother suffered a serious concussion during a high school wrestling match. The lack of resources available for his family and brother's teammates about concussions inspired Brandon to work with Headway. Brandon currently works in Commercial Real Estate and resides in New York City.
